- Notify Biowave you’d like to return you’re device using the email address enquiries@biowavego.co.uk – we will provide a shipping label
- Attach the shipping label and securely package the item in the original packaging

We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 2-3 days. Please allow 10 days for the refund amount to credit your account.

In order to take advantage of our 30 day money back guarantee given under our terms and conditions, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that it is packaged appropriately to prevent any damage in transit and further, it is returned to us using a reputable and insured delivery service. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and should we be satisfied that it has been returned in the same condition as sent to you, we will process your refund in full, minus any cost of carriage (if applicable). The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
